OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated March 26, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kevin Malloy, as a member and as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2013-185 dated June 4, 2013; and (
b) appoint Dan McDougall of Truro, Colchester County as a member and as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing May 6, 2014 and ending June 30, 2016.
