OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 23, 2007, and pursuant to subsection 113(1) of
Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to amend the Moose Hunting Regulations, N.S. Reg. 90/88, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-405 dated April 20, 1988, to allow the Nova Scotia Federation of Anglers & Hunters to market 4 moose licenses, which the Department of Natural Resources has offered for fund-raising, to non-residents and persons who have held a license within the previous 5 years, and to make a housekeeping change, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 20, 2007.
