OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated August 18, 2004, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(
d) and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to approve: (
a) financial assistance to MacTara Limited, by way of extension of a Guarantee of the Province of Nova Scotia in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated August 18, 2004; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantees, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
