CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wakamow Valley Authority Act (Assented to May 20, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Wakamow Valley Authority Amendment Act, 1983. 1980-81, c.W-1.1,

section amended

Section of The Wakamow Valley Authority Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “two mills” in subsection (1) and substituting “1.6 mills”; and (

b) by striking out “$1,500” in clause (2)(

c) and substituting “$1,200”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1983. UNEDITED REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
