I, Doug Donaldson, Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and

Rural Development, order that

(

a) Schedule I of the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/93, is amended

by repealing item 411, and

(

b) the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached

Appendix.

Appendix

Section 2 of

Part 2 of

Schedule 6 of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84,

is amended by adding the following subsection:

(6) There is no open season for caribou in Zone A of M.U. 6-18, as shown on map ‘2019

Caribou Zone A of 6-18’ .

Schedule 7 is amended

(

a) in item 36 of

Part 1 in the column entitled " Management Units " by striking out " 7-37 to 7-41 " and substituting " 7-37, 7-39 to 7-41** ",

(

b) in

section 7 (4) (

a) of

Part 2 by striking out " 7-37 to 7-42 " and substituting " 7-37, 7-39 to 7-41 ", and

(

c) in

section 7 of

Part 2 by adding the following subsection:

(8) There is no open season for caribou in Zone A of M.U. 7-39 and 7-40, as shown

on map ‘2019 Caribou Zone A of 7-39 and 7-40’.

Schedule 9 is amended by adding the following maps:

2019 Caribou Zone A of 6-18

2019 Caribou Zone A of 7-39 and 7-40 .
