OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 3, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 33 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting Small Claims Court procedures and forms made by Order in Council 93-110 dated February 2, 1993, in the manner set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after April 1, 2000.
