Order in Council 423/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021 , David Lewis of Thornbury be re-appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission to serve for a fixed term of three years effective April 29, 2024.
