OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services, the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care and the Minister of Community Services dated March 8, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation, effective March 15, 2022, for a period of eight months ending November 15, 2022, in the form of an insurance policy for secondary communicable disease liability coverage for service providers licenced or funded by the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care or the Minister of Community Services, and to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services executing agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with this net debt obligation.
