Order in Council 1490/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective October 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1368/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1368/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
