Order in Council 324/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, and in accordance with the provisions of By-Law Number 2 of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Maxim Jean-Louis of Sudbury be approved as qualified for re-election as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for the period effective from the date this Order in Council is made and expiring on the date in 2021 on which the annual general meeting of the Ontario Trillium Foundation is held.
