OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 14, 2026, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) selling Crown lands currently identified as PID 35175264 containing approximately 46.2 hectares (114.2 acres) located in Manchester, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to John Hall, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
