Order in Council 374/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Resource Management and Safety Act, 2025

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Resource Management and Safety Act, 2025 , c. 17, which amend the Wildland Fire Management Act , come into force:

Schedule 1, s. 4 (4), 36, 38.
