I, Adriana LaGrange, Minister of Education, pursuant to Sections 114 and 118 of

the Education Act and

Section 9 of the Northland School Division Act make the Order

in the attached Appendix, being The Northland School Division and The Parkland

School Division Boundary Adjustment Order.

APPENDIX

The Northland School Division and The Parkland School Division

Boundary Adjustment Order

WHEREAS

Section 114 of the Education Act authorizes the Minister, by order, to

add land to or take land from a school division;

WHEREAS

Section 118 of the Education Act authorizes the Minister, by order, to

adjust any assets and liabilities necessary on any inclusion, exclusion, dissolution or

transfer of land or school division; and

WHEREAS

Section 9 of the Northland School Division Act, the application of the

Education Act and the Local Authorities Election Act and the regulations under those

Acts apply with respect to the Division.

1 Pursuant to

Section 114 of the Education Act, all of the following lands are taken

from The Northland School Division and are added to the Parkland School

Division:
