Order in Council 1927/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection (6)(3) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997 ,

Jill Wagman of Toronto, Ontario

be re-appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a period of two years commencing on December 17, 2016.
