An Act Relating to Dalhousie College

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated October 26, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 1 of

Chapter 104 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1935,

An Act Relating to Dalhousie College, as amended, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint John MacIsaac of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 15, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2025; (

b) reappoint Cassandra Dorrington of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 15, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2024; (

c) reappoint Joyce Hoeven of Halifax Regional Municipality (Timberlea) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 15, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2024; (

d) appoint Catherine MacPherson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 15, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2024; and (

e) appoint Shona Kinley of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 15, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2025.
