Section 11 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Natural Products Marketing Council of an amendment to the Nova Scotia Chicken Marketing Plan, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 82-1418 dated November 23, 1982, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from May 13, 2004.
