OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 3, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2009-368 dated September 8, 2009, by deleting

Schedule "A" thereto and substituting therefore the

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 3, 2010.
