OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated October 2, 2018, pursuant to

Section 72 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2018, the Cannabis Control Act , and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that (a) subsection 37(1) of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2018, the Cannabis Control Act , do come into force on and not before October 17, 2018; and (b) subsection 37(2) of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2018, the Cannabis Control Act, do come into force on and not before December 18, 2018.
