OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated February 4, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2001, the Pharmacy Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Tom Mahaffey of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists for a two year term commencing March 1, 2005, and ending February 28, 2007.
