OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 5, 2002, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement with respect to Crown land at Herring Cove, Halifax County, and approximately shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Catherine C. Barrett and John K. Galbraith, both of Halifax Regional Municipality, Province of Nova Scotia, and Eleanor Robertson of Guelph, Province of Ontario, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1950.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
