Order in Council 163/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 206/2018, dated February 8, 2018 Stewart Ian Patterson was appointed as a member of the Haldimand County Police Services Board for a period of two years effective February 8, 2018;

and

whereas Stewart Ian Patterson has, in writing, resigned his appointment, effective December 24, 2018;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 206/2018, dated February 8, 2018 appointing Stewart Ian Patterson as a member of the Haldimand County Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
