Order in Council 143/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mary Margaret Fox of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 152/2023 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board, has resigned from her appointment effective October 15, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Criminal Code, Order in Council numbered O.C. 152/2023 be revoked.
