CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Dental Profession Act, 1978 (Assented to June 15, 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Dental Profession Amendment Act, 1988. R.S.S. 1978 (Supp.), c.D-5.1 The Dental Profession Act, 1978 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: Appeal “41(1) A person against whom an order has been made pursuant to

section may appeal from the order to Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan. “

(2) Sections to and of The Medical Profession Act, 1981 apply mutatis mutandis to an appeal pursuant to subsection (1)”.

Section amended

Section is amended by striking out “and

section 46”.

Section repealed
