OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 18 , 2001, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 351 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of James G. Spurr as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-383, dated August 5, 1998, effective January 21, 2001; and (

b) appoint Kalyan Sunderam, Department of Finance, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation, for a term commencing January 22, 2001 and ending January 21, 2003.
