An Act Respecting Acadia University

OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated January 7, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 134 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1891 (as amended),

An Act Respecting Acadia University , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Robert Ffrench of New Minas, Kings County, as a member of the Board of Governors of Acadia University for a term of 6 years commencing March 1, 2019; and (

b) appoint Bethany Moffatt of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Board of Governors of Acadia University for a term of 6 years commencing March 1, 2019.
