OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated September 29, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased, effective October 14, 2009, to appoint Mr. Joe Rudderham of the Department of Education as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years.
