OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 8, 2004, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using transmission lines for the transmission of electricity and communications signals only, and for no other purpose, with respect to Crown lands below the ordinary high water mark of the Dover Harbour, Dover Soi, Halifax County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Private Dream Estates Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Halifax, Halifax County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
