Order in Council 1471/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Laurie Bruce was reappointed as part-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective October 25, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1535/2019;

And

whereas the Environmental Review Tribunal was continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And

whereas Laurie Bruce tendered her resignation effective September 24, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1535/2019 be revoked effective September 24, 2021.
