Order in Council 263/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008,

Leslie Lewis Westhaver of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 10, 2025;

AND FURTHER that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , she be reappointed as a member of Venture Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 10, 2025;

AND FURTHER that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , she be re-designated as the vice-chair of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 10, 2025.
