B.C. Reg. 65/2012 , deposited March 30, 2012, pursuant to the HOTEL ROOM TAX ACT [section 43 (2) (

e) and (f)]. Order in Council 181/2012, approved and ordered March 29, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Additional Tax Regulation for the City of Kimberley, B.C. Reg. 7/2007, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The title of the Additional Tax Regulation for the City of Kimberley, B.C. Reg. 7/2007, is repealed and the following substituted:

HOTEL ROOM TAX REGULATION FOR THE CITY OF KIMBERLEY .

2 Sections 3 and 4 are amended by striking out " additional" .

Section 5 is amended by striking out " April 1, 2012 " and substituting " April 1, 2017 ".
