Order in Council 516/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49,, the appointment of Moshin Warsi of Haileybury, Ontario as Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1547/2022 and dated November 24, 2022, be revoked effective March 1, 2023.
