Certificate of debt
1 The form set out in the
Schedule is the form of certificate of debt for the purposes of
section 22 of The Provincial Parks Act .

Coming into force
2 This regulation comes into force on the proclamation of The Provincial Parks Act , S.M. 1993, c. 39.
