Order in Council 1487/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Catherine Rhinelander, Assistant Crown Attorney, and Lead Counsel for the Criminal Law Division Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Joint Inquiry Team, be appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the date this Order in Council is made.
