OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 30, 1998 pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sherry L. Hubley of Chester, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-408, dated August 5, 1998, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; and (
b) appoint Sherry L. Knickle of Chester, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
