B.C. Reg. 282/2016 , deposited December 6, 2016, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated December 6, 2016.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) the prohibition established by B.C. Reg. 153/77 is revoked, any mineral or placer reserve established by B.C. Reg. 153/77 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 153/77 is repealed,

(

b) the prohibition established by B.C. Reg. 500/79 is revoked, any mineral or placer reserve established by B.C. Reg. 500/79 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 500/79 is repealed,

(

c) B.C. Reg. 176/2007 is repealed,

(

d) B.C. Reg. 72/2002 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule, and

(

e) the Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral and Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.
