OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 8, 2004, pursuant to the provisions of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, and

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2004-228 dated May 27, 2004, by: (

a) adding "and Block M5" after "land" in the sixth line of Order in Council 2004-228; and (

b) adding the description of Block M5 which is attached to and forms part of this report and recommendation, to

Schedule "A" of Order in Council 2004-228.
