Order in Council 283/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Shannon Braun of Bluewater be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Shannon Braun was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 5, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1314/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1314/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
