Order in Council 896/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 1.0.15 of the Financial Administration Act ,

Jason Fitzsimmons

be appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, effective August 12, 2024, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1236/2023, dated August 17, 2023, be revoked effective August 12, 2024.
