Order in Council 370/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1145/2010 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Susan Frances MacGregor of Peterborough as Surveyor General commencing on July 28, 2010;

And

whereas Susan Frances MacGregor wishes to resign from the position of Surveyor General;

Pursuant to clause 5 (1) (

b) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act , Order in Council 1145/2010 is hereby revoked effective April 30, 2021.
