Order in Council 766/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council 886/2024 dated June 26, 2024, the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Altaf Stationwala as hospital supervisor for Renfrew Victoria Hospital under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act ;

And

whereas subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act provides that the appointment of a hospital supervisor is valid until terminated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act , Order in Council O.C. 886/2024 appointing Altaf Stationwala as hospital supervisor for Renfrew Victoria Hospital is terminated effective as of 11:59:59 p.m. on June 20, 2025.
