OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 5, 2007, and pursuant to clause 4(1)(
c) of
Chapter 17 of the Acts of 2003, the Crosbie Memorial Trust Fund Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as trustees of the Crosbie Memorial Trust Fund, each for a term commencing October 1, 2007 and expiring September 30, 2010: David R. Chisholm of Kentville, Kings County; George Libby of Coldbrook, Kings County; and Ralph MacGowan of Kentville, Kings County.
