OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 16, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia: (

a) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph (

b) to convey by deed or grant a lot of Crown land, with the exception of a 9 metre wide portion to ensure public access to Moody Lake, containing 1.82¦ hectares (4.5¦ acres) situate at Moody Lake, Halifax County, to Stelee Developments Limited, its successors in title, trustees, or assigns, the Crown land being located within the bounds of the lands shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) in exchange for the Crown land noted in paragraph (

a) to accept from Stelee Developments Limited, its successors in title, trustees, or assigns, two parcels of land containing 42¦ hectares (105¦ acres) situate at Terence Bay, Halifax County, being more fully shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject to the condition that said Stelee Developments Limited be able to certify title to its lands in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
