Order in Council 1463/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 567/2022, made March 10, 2022, Lisa MacDonald was appointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to extend beyond December 31, 2022.

And

whereas Lisa MacDonald’s reappointment to the Wellington County Police Services Board pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1404/2019 expired October 9, 2022.

Therefore pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 567/2022, made March 10, 2022, appointing Lisa MacDonald as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission is hereby revoked.
