OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 24, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 72 of
Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2004, the Legal Profession Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint George Hudson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Board of the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia for a two year term commencing August 6, 2015; (
b) reappoint Valerie MacKenzie of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia for a two year term commencing August 7, 2015; and (
c) reappoint Estelle Theriault, Q.C. of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia for a two year term commencing August 6, 2015.
