OIC Text: The Minister of Finance, in his Report and Recommendation dated November 22, 1999, states that the sums appropriated by the Legislature and by Order in Council 1999 318 dated June 30, 1998, to defray expenditures for the services named below and in the amounts listed in Column I, are insufficient to meet the requirements of such services in the 1997-98 fiscal year and that additional appropriations in the amounts of, and for the services, listed in Column II below, are required in addition to sums heretofore authorized, according to the accompanying reports of the various Ministers.

Section 28 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, such additional sums be appropriated accordingly to be charged to the Current Account for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1998. The Governor in Council is pleased to approve of the Report and Recommendation and to order in accordance therewith.
