B.C. Reg. 236/2008 , deposited August 7, 2008, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108]. Ministerial Order M182/2008, dated July 31, 2008.

I, Barry Penner, Minister of Environment, order that the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as follows:

1 Item 23 of

Part 1 of

Schedule 7 is amended by striking out "Portions of M.U.s 7-20 to 7-22 and 7-43 to 7-46" under the heading "Management Units" and substituting "7-19, 7-22, 7-31, 7-36, 7-43, 7-44, and those portions of M.U.s 7-20, 7-21, 7-35, 7-45 and 7-46 ".

Part 2 of

Schedule 7 is amended in

section 11 (13) by striking out "M.U.s 7-22, 7-43 and 7-44, or those portions of M.U.s 7-20, 7-21, 7-45 and 7-46" and substituting "M.U.s 7-19, 7-22, 7-31, 7-36, 7-43, 7-44, and those portions of M.U.s 7-20, 7-21, 7-35, 7-45 and 7-46".
