Order in Council 1801/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2811/87, dated December 17, 1987, appointing Dr. Lucy May Rabb as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby amended by deleting Dr. Lucy May Rabb of Richmond, Ontario from the list of persons appointed as Coroners for Ontario, effective the date of this Order in Council.
