OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 23, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph (b), convey by grant or deed, two parcels of Crown land containing 105+ hectares (260+ acres), situate at Clam Harbour, Halifax County, to Atlantic East Properties Limited. The said Crown land is shown outlined in green and labeled "Parcel 1" and "Parcel 2" on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) in exchange for the Crown land noted in paragraph (

a) accept from Atlantic East Properties Limited, two parcels of land containing 32+ hectares (80+ acres), situate at Clam Harbour, Halifax County, subject to the condition that said Atlantic East Properties Limited be able to certify title to its lands in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice. The said Atlantic East Properties Limited land is shown outlined in red and labeled "Parcel 3" and "Parcel 4" on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

c) accept approximately $24,000.00 from Atlantic East Properties Limited; and (

d) prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
