Order in Council 265/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28 (1) of the Pay Equity Act, Order in Council O.C. 345/2023 dated March 23, 2023, appointing Mackenzie Irwin of Toronto as part-time member, representative of employees of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal be revoked, effective January 8, 2024.
