On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Real Estate Services Act , S.B.C. 2004, c. 42, except the

definitions of "compensation fund corporation" and "special compensation fund" in s. 1 and sections 109 to 115 and 135, comes into force on January 1, 2005.
